Welcome
Welcome to Pope John Paul II High School.

For years, families have wished for high-quality, Catholic secondary education on Cape Cod. Now, that dream is becoming reality as the school and its programs take shape. Pope John Paul II High School in Hyannis, Massachusetts will open September 4, 2007 thanks to the tireless efforts of Cape residents committed to Catholic secondary education and the support of the Diocese of Fall River.

Our mission is simple: to provide young women and men with a strong college-preparatory education rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pope John Paul II High School students will experience a challenging curriculum designed to maximize their ability to succeed in college and beyond. Students will deepen their faith as they come to know God and one another in a supportive, caring community. Because true education develops the whole person, students will experience a variety of co-curricular opportunities. In short, students will be challenged to make excellence their hallmark in all things.

Pope John Paul II High School is located in downtown Hyannis. Once Barnstable High School, extensive renovations are transforming the building and grounds into a modern, first-rate facility.
